The EP-510HC is a remote compression head that requires an external 10,000 psi pumping source. It accepts all “U” type dies used with conventional 12-ton compression tools. The larger jaw opening of 1.65″ accepts conductors and mid-span sleeve connections up to 750 MCM. The EP-510HC is supplied with a screw type, 3/8″ male coupler, metal carrying case, and die tray. We recommend the use of our non-conductive high-pressure hose.
NOTE: When using any of these high-pressure tools, always use 10,000 psi rated non-conductive hose (NC-16 series).
