AB Chance Elbow Puller for Grip-All, 15KV Grippers
Used to install or remove elbow connectors from bushings of transformers. The integral hook on the the tool fits through the rubber eye of an elbow or the metal hook of a bushing cap adding extra control and pulling power to the grippers.
