- Promotion Overview
The 2026 Swing Into Spring Promotion (the “Promotion”) is a limited-time customer incentive program offered by Tallman Equipment Company (“Tallman”). Eligible participants who register and make qualifying purchases during the Promotion Period may qualify to receive reward items based on their total qualifying purchases.
This Promotion is not a contest, sweepstakes, or game of chance.
- Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of registration.
Employees of Tallman Equipment Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
- Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on April 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
- Registration
Participants must register through the official Promotion registration form. They may request a Tallman Representative submit registration on their behalf.
The email address used for registration must match the email address associated with qualifying purchases.
Tallman reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and qualifying purchases.
Failure to register may result in ineligibility to receive rewards.
- Qualifying Purchases
During the Promotion Period, eligible product purchases made through Tallman Equipment Company will count toward a participant’s total qualifying purchases.
The following do not qualify:
- Taxes
- Shipping charges
- Rentals
- Repairs
- Testing services
- Other non-product services
Orders must be completed and paid in full to qualify. Cancelled, refunded, or returned purchases may be removed from the participant’s qualifying total.
Tallman reserves the right to verify all qualifying purchases.
- Reward Tiers
Participants may qualify for reward tiers based on their total qualifying purchases made during the Promotion Period.
Tallman will determine reward eligibility based on verified purchase totals.
Specific reward items and approximate retail values are shown below.
Rewards are available while supplies last. Tallman reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value if necessary.
Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
SWING INTO SPRING – TIERED PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES
- Reward Notification & Fulfillment
After the Promotion Period ends, Tallman will review qualifying purchases and determine each participant’s reward tier.
Eligible participants will be notified by email and provided instructions for receiving their reward.
Rewards will ship beginning May 2026 to the address provided by the participant.
Tallman is not responsible for incorrect shipping information or delivery issues caused by carriers.
Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes. If a reward has a value of $600 or more, participants may be required to complete IRS Form W-9.
- Modification or Termination
Tallman reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, supply disruptions, or other factors beyond Tallman’s control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
- Limitation of Liability
By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Tallman Equipment Company and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any reward.
- Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
Any disputes arising from the Promotion shall be resolved individually in courts located in Indiana.
