Started working for a utility about 5 months ago. Our first few weeks we were using loaners to learn to climb, some older Buck gaffs and pads. When we ended up getting our gear they gave us these pads and the red and black twisted shank climbers. Night and day difference. Multiple people were having their shins torn up from the loaners, no one has had a bad thing to say about these. The climbers are great too. Very happy we got these.
