Electric Meter Jumper Leads are a convenient and safe method to prevent a customer outage during a meter removal or change-out. Constructed from #6 AWG highly flexible insulated copper and come in two models.
The ferrule ends are machined of solid copper for utmost performance and beveled for easy push-on installation. Simply push the meter lead end over the bypass horn and turn the knurled handle until the lead is tightly secured in place.
Leads are available with a 100 AMP breaker option (USJL-002). The resettable single pole 240-volt hydraulic breaker allows for added safety and protection of property.
