 Post and tag us in a photo of your fall harvest with a visible Tallman logo (hat, bucket, shirt — anything counts) and you’ll be entered to win limited-edition gear and custom rewards.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Bag

Show the Tallman logo somewhere in your 2025 fall harvest photo or video.

Whether it’s on your hat, beanie, shirt, a sticker on your cooler or truck (pretty much anything counts!), the logo needs to be clearly visible in the photo.

2. Tag

Post or share your photo on social media (TikTok, Facebook or Instagram) and make sure to tag @tallmanequipment.

If we’re not tagged, how will we know it happened?! And for an additional entry, use #TaggedWithTallman in the caption or description.

3. Snag

Every photo that qualifies (see official rules and eligibility below) will receive* a Blaze Orange hunting beanie and up to 2 entries for our grand prize!

*While supplies last.

Eligibility: You must be a resident of in the UNITED STATES to win. You must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible. Anyone of any age or country may submit a harvest photo if they wish to be featured on our social media page(s).

Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Tallman Equipment Company as final and binding as it relates to the content of this sweepstakes.

Campaign Period: This campaign and subsequent offers will be eligible on and through October 1, 2025 and December 21, 2025, while supplies last. Not valid for submissions made outside this time frame, unless otherwise noted and expressed by Tallman Equipment Company. Supplies may be depleted before the end of the promotional time period.

Prizes: Prizes have been provided either in full or in part by the following sponsors: Tallman Equipment Company, DDIN, and Buckingham Manufacturing.

The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted.

Prizes will have free** UPS ground shipping unless otherwise noted.

Winners: At the conclusion of the sweepstakes, winner(s) will be drawn randomly from the eligible entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be notified of their winnings by phone or email no later than December 31, 2025.

How to Enter:  Take a photo with the Tallman Equipment Company logo, or DDIN logo, clearly legible and visible in the photo. The photo should include you and/or your fall 2025 harvest. Photos should be posted or shared on either TikTok, Instagram or Facebook and Tallman Equipment Company must be tagged @tallmanequipment on the post to qualify. Additional entry may be gained by including the hashtag #TaggedWithTallman in the caption or description of the photo or video.

Photos sent in or tagged that do not clearly show the Tallman Equipment Company or DDIN logos may not be eligible for entry and may not receive a Blaze Orange beanie. These photos may be posted our social media, however, and may still be shared as part of the campaign.

Void where prohibited. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Tallman Equipment Company.

Odds: Odds of winning the prize(s) drawn at the end of the promotion depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. No purchase necessary.

Rights Granted by You: By entering, you understand and agree that Tallman Equipment, anyone acting on behalf of Tallman Equipment, and Tallman Equipment licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

By entering this content, You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Tallman Equipment Company. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute an infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, You shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tallman Equipment Company from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs, or expense, which Tallman Equipment Company may incur, suffer or be required to pay to arise out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.

Terms & Conditions: Tallman Equipment Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Tallman Equipment Company’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, Tallman Equipment Company may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Tallman Equipment Company. Tallman Equipment Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Tallman Equipment Company has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Campaign rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Tallman Equipment Company reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Tallman Equipment Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

Disputes: THIS Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF The State of Indiana WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this sweepstakes, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Indiana having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Campaign). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
