1. Promotion Overview

The 2026 Swing Into Spring Promotion (the “Promotion”) is a limited-time customer rewards program offered by Tallman Equipment Company (“Tallman”). Eligible participants may earn points on qualifying purchases made during the Promotion Period and redeem accumulated points for designated reward items, subject to these Official Rules.

This Promotion is not a contest, sweepstakes, or game of chance. Points are earned solely through qualifying purchases.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of registration.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees of Tallman Equipment Company
• Employees of Tallman’s subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising agencies
• Immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) of such employees
• Third-party distributors or vendors
• Any person prohibited by law from participating

Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

Points may be redeemed through 11:59 p.m. ET on May 8, 2026. Any unused points remaining after that time will be permanently forfeited.

4. Registration Requirements

To participate, individuals must register using the official Promotion registration form and provide:

• Full name
• Email address
• Company name

The email address used for registration must match the email address associated with qualifying purchases. Tallman reserves the right to manually verify purchases in the event of administrative discrepancies.

A Tallman representative may assist a customer with registration; however, it is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the correct email address is used. Tallman’s internal Customer ID number may be used in place of an email for certain companies. The Tallman representative must connect with Marketing to ensure which email address should receive the point total emails each week if using a customer ID number.

Upon successful registration, participants will receive twenty-five (25) base points.

Failure to properly register prior to purchase may result in forfeiture of points.

5. Earning Points

During the Promotion Period:

• Participants will earn ten (10) points for every $100 spent on qualifying product purchases from Tallman Equipment Company.
• Tax, shipping, rental services, repairs, testing services, and other non-product services do not qualify for points.
• Orders must be completed and paid in full to qualify.
• Cancelled, refunded, returned, or unpaid orders will result in point deductions.

Tallman reserves the right to determine eligibility of purchases in its reasonable discretion.

Points have no cash value and are not transferable.

6. Point Calculation & Updates

Points will be calculated weekly based on Tallman’s internal sales reports.

Point updates will be processed on the following Mondays at approximately 3:00 p.m. ET:

• April 6, 2026
• April 13, 2026
• April 20, 2026
• April 27, 2026

Participants will receive an automated email reflecting their updated point total.

Orders placed near the end of the Promotion Period may not appear until the following scheduled update.

Tallman is not responsible for email delivery failures due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or technical issues.

7. Prize Redemption

Participants may redeem points by submitting the official Prize Redemption Form before 11:59 p.m. ET on May 8, 2026.

Participants may redeem from any tier for which they qualify at the time of submission.

Available Prize Tiers:

• Tier One: 75 points
• Tier Two: 250 points
• Tier Three: 600 points
• Tier Four: 1,250 points
• Tier Five: 2,500 points
• Tier Six: 4,000 points

Each tier will have designated reward items with an approximate retail value (ARV) disclosed prior to or at the time of launch.

Prizes are available while supplies last. In the event a selected prize becomes unavailable, Tallman reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value.

No cash substitutions are permitted except at Tallman’s sole discretion.

Prizes are non-transferable.

8. Prize Shipment

Prizes will be shipped on or after May 11, 2026 to the address provided in the Prize Redemption Form.

Tallman is not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after transfer to carrier

Participants are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

If the value of a prize equals or exceeds $600, the participant may be required to complete IRS Form W-9 and may receive a Form 1099 as required by law.

9. Modification or Termination

Tallman reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, supply chain disruptions, force majeure events, or any other factor beyond Tallman’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Tallman reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Engages in fraud or abuse
• Violates these Official Rules
• Acts in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Tallman Equipment Company and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from any liability arising from:

• Participation in the Promotion
• Acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize
• Technical failures or administrative errors
• Unauthorized intervention or fraud

This limitation does not exclude liability where prohibited by law.

11. Disputes

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved individually in a state or federal court located in Indiana. Participants waive the right to:

• Participate in class actions
• Seek punitive, incidental, or consequential damages
• Recover attorney’s fees beyond actual out-of-pocket costs

12. Privacy

Information collected during registration and participation is subject to Tallman Equipment Company’s Privacy Policy available on its website.

13. Sponsor

This Promotion is sponsored and administered by Tallman Equipment Company

Product manufacturers or vendors providing prize items are not responsible for administration of the Promotion.
