Portable Pole Binders

Designed by the Bell System for use in binding loads of poles. This unit features a ratchet-type action with a spring-loaded pawl. It is furnished complete with an 18-foot cable sling.
The pole binder is also available with a welded base plate for bolting to the trailer. Base plate is 1/2-inch thick and 4″ x 8″ with four bolt holes.

Pole Binder
Designed to be used primarily to tie down or bind from one to a full load of poles. May also be used for cross arms or general cargo. This pole binder is a compact tool with an integral ratchet take up and spring-loaded pawl. Its base and rope knob are constructed of a one-piece steel casting.
