Manual Ground Rod Driver
A simple and unique tool to drive ground rods below grade. This one tool can handle an eight-foot rod while standing on the ground and drive the rod below grade without the need for additional tools. It handles the job with relative ease and contains the impact force within the unit. The job gets done without damage to the rod tip. The ground rod slides inside a heat-treated socket that is part of the solid steel shaft of the impact hammer. The tool then slides up and down the steel shaft while all the impact is contained within. The driver is then reversed so that the rod can be driven below grade.
- One complete tool
- Work from ground level
- Impact within unit • Compact
- No sledgehammer needed
- No damage to the rod tip
