The Bourbon Sunrise takes a familiar classic and rebuilds it with Tallman 75th Reserve Bourbon for a richer, smoother finish with deeper caramel and oak character.
Because good work starts early.
And good bourbon works anytime.
Method:
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add bourbon, orange juice, lemon juice, and maple syrup.
- Stir gently.
- Slowly pour grenadine down the inside edge of the glass so it settles naturally at the bottom.
- Garnish with orange slice and cherry.
Do not stir after adding the grenadine unless your goal is “murky orange sadness.”
The gradient is the whole point.
Tallman Tip:
Use real grenadine if possible.
Traditional grenadine is made from pomegranate, not neon-red sugar syrup designed by food scientists and chaos enthusiasts.
Also:
fresh orange juice makes a massive difference here.
