The Bucket Truck Rickey takes the no-nonsense classic Rickey and rebuilds it with Tallman 75th Reserve Bourbon for a smoother, richer finish with just enough citrus bite to keep things lively.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Tallman 75th Reserve Indiana Straight Bourbon Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 oz honey syrup
  • Cold soda water
  • Ice

Garnish

  • Lime wheel
  • Fresh mint sprig

Method:

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice.
  2. Add bourbon, lime juice, and honey syrup.
  3. Stir briefly.
  4. Top with cold soda water.
  5. Garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig.

Tallman Tip:

Chill the soda water beforehand.

Cold carbonation stays lively longer and keeps the drink crisp from first sip to last.
