Ingredients:
- 2 oz Tallman’s 75th Reserve Indiana Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 4 oz high-quality tomato juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz dill pickle brine
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes hot sauce
- 1 pinch celery salt
- 1 pinch cracked black pepper
- 1 small pinch smoked paprika
- Ice
Garnish
- Celery stalk
- Pickle spear
- Lemon wedge
- Thick-cut bacon strip
- Optional: smoked beef stick or pepperoni
Method:
- Add bourbon, tomato juice, lemon juice, pickle brine, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and spices to a shaker with ice.
- Roll gently between shaker tins or stir well. Don’t violently shake tomato juice unless you enjoy cleaning countertops.
- Pour into a tall ice-filled glass.
- Add garnishes generously.

Use smoked paprika instead of regular paprika.
