Job Openings at Tallman

Good people. Great benefits. Essential work.

Job Openings at Tallman Equipment are your chance to join the crew behind the crews — the people who keep linemen equipped, ready, and able to keep the lights on.

Most folks don’t think about how power stays on — until it doesn’t. When storms roll in or the grid takes a hit, linemen head straight into the thick of it. We make sure they have the tools, gear, and support to get the job done fast and right.

The electric utility industry is fast-paced, essential, and built on grit. At Tallman, every role matters — warehouse, sales, office, or field support. Without our team, the people on the lines can’t work as quickly or as safely.

We’re looking for motivated people from all backgrounds who want to be part of something bigger. You don’t have to be a lineman to help the linemen — but you do need their same dedication and reliability.

Here, you’ll find steady work, strong benefits, and a clear purpose. The need for power never stops, and neither do we.
