Depending on whether the item is in stock, to ensure your order is processed and shipped for next-day delivery, please place your order on our website before 4 PM (EST) Monday – Friday. Orders received after this cutoff time will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

Shipment processing time

Web orders are processed within 24 hours except for weekends and holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

tallmanequipment.com ships to addresses within the US,  and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

MISSING OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

2. Or alert us at: sales@tallmanequipment.com

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 180 days for the investigation.
